Why does msnbc load so slow

The Broadband page can be viewed over a low-speed connection, but performance will not be optimal. Story links associated with a particular streaming video will open in a separate browser window. I have a problem with three web sites that I frequent first MSNBC I have the link in my favorites toolbar in IE9 I go to the site I look at the headlines for a few moments I click a story it try's to go to the story the Areo wait symbol is up in the tab running it takes forever or never comes through. I close the window for the video and click the news video again and it loads instantly and I view it and it is fine.

I have to do this many times with the news videos once in a while I click a news video after going to MSNBC and it appears instantly and loads but not very often. In the event of an update, you can check in the respective app store how big the installation file is and see whether it may load for so long due to its size.
